The Komodo dragon is the largest saurian in the world.
It is a hunter on the look-out, waiting for rodents, birds and other reptiles in the tall grass. He tries to bite them with his sharp little teeth. When he succeeds, the animals do not die from the bite but from the venom secreted by glands in his mouth.
