As a reference, a berth mattress measures 28x52 "the small cover will cover the width and 3/4 of the length and the large one will go down on each side of the mattress (about 6" on each side) and will make almost the total length .
This large blanket (style blanket) is not doubled, it is not a comforter or a comforter but will still be good in the bunk, the park, the little dodo, travel (nursery, at grandma's place .... )
